1. The Vicariate of Black Catholic Concerns is hosting a prayer service celebration “commemorating the Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr” on Monday January 20, 2014 at 12:00PM at St. Gregory the Great R.C. Church.

2. Haitian Apostolate is conducting a Mini-Convention for Youth on Saturday January 25, 2014 from 9:00AM to 4:00PM at Our Lady of Miracles Parish, 757 E 86th Street, Brooklyn, NY  11236. 3. Sacred Heart Parish Nurse and Health Ministry will meet on Thursday, January 23rd at 8:00PM in Martin De Porres' Upper Room. We ask that all Health Professionals join us to plan our annual calendar. For more information, please see Yve or Betsy from the Creole Choir. 

4. The celebration of life of Nicole Bezout will be on Saturday, January 25, 2014 here at Sacred Heart Church, There will be a viewing from 9:00AM to 10:00AM followed by the funeral Mass at 10:00AM. The burial is at Pine Lawn Cemetery followed by a Repast at Sacred Heart Auditorium at 2:00PM.

5. The English Charismatic Group of Sacred Heart’s annual retreat is scheduled for the weekend of February 28 through March 2 at The Villa of Our Lady Retreat House in Mt. Pocono.
